Mysuru (Karnataka): You all must have seen handicapped people in a wheelchair but have you ever seen a dog on a wheelchair, specially designed for him? A doctor from Mysuru built a cart for a stray dog that lost legs in a road accident here in the city. "I thought to give a solution and designed a wheel cart for the dog", said Dr Madan Kompal.
