McDonald's Employee Quits Job, Writes 'I Hate This Job' On Drive-Thru

A McDonald's employee has resigned from his job after being fed up with his night shift duty. He announced his decision to quit by sticking a piece of paper on the drive-thru.

A picture outside McDonald's is going viral on the internet. People are astounded to see what the employee has written on the paper. Actually, the worker resigned after getting upset about the workload and the fact that he was working alone on the night shift at McDonald's.

He pasted a piece of paper on the McDonald's drive-thru which read: 'I hate this job, we are closed because I am leaving and I hate this job.'

A Twitter user has shared this picture of a local McDonald's outlet on Monday. The picture has been going viral on the microblogging platform ever since the handle was shared under the name '@GreatApeDad.'

The same Twitter user who shared the picture of the resignation said in another tweet that he had spoken to the other McDonald's employees who revealed that the message was planted by their colleague who worked the night shift and has now quit.

Picture Gets 2 Lakh Likes

The picture has garnered over 2,00,000 lakh 'likes' and 20,000 retweets since it was shared on Twitter. Internet users are also expressing their sympathies for the employee.

Many Twitter users are showing their support for the McDonald's employee and expressing displeasure over the decision to leave just one employee to work the night shift. One user wrote: 'The worker has done the right thing by quitting the job.' Another user wrote: 'McDonald's was my first official job at 16 and one of the toughest jobs ever, I'm glad this is happening.'
