2008 Malegaon blast: Bombay HC grants bail to accused Major Ramesh Upadhyay
New Delhi [India], September 26 (ANI): The Bombay High Court on Tuesday granted bail to accused Major Ramesh Upadhyay in the 2008 Malegaon blast case.
Earlier in August, the Supreme Court had also granted bail to prime accused former Lieutenant Colonel Shrikant Prasad Purohit.
On September 19, a National Investigation Court (NIA) court had granted bail to Sudhakar Chaturvedi and Sudhakar Dwivedi in the case.
Sadhvi Pragya is also an accused in the Malegaon blast case.
In September 2008, a blast at Malegaon killed six and injured 101 others. (ANI)
