New Delhi: India and France on Monday kicked off a two-week-long military drill, ‘Shakti 2024’, in Umroi, Meghalaya, in a further boost to the bilateral defence cooperation envisaged under the ‘Horizon 2047 Roadmap’ last year. This is the seventh edition of the joint exercise that is held alternately in India and France.
