Former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan was convicted on Tuesday in the cipher case and sentenced to 10 years in jail by a special court set up under the Official Secrets Act. Along with him, former Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi was also convicted and awarded a 10-year jail term. A day later, on Wednesday, Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi were convicted of corruption in the Toshakhana case and awarded 14 years of rigorous imprisonment.
