'YHM's Romi aka Aly Goni undergoes surgery, his late night bleeding nose pic-posts worry fans!

'Romi Bhalla' aka Aly Goni, the handsome younger brother of lead character 'Raman Bhalla'(Karan Patel) of popular Star Plus show 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' is currently in severe pain as he underwent nose surgery recently. Aly, who has been keeping his fans updated with his surgery details since two days, posted series of pictures on Instagram as Insta stories and he visibly looks in too much pain with his nose bleeding. Aly Goni posted pic after nose surgery a day ago and 'YHM' fans have been wishing him quick recovery since then Another picture he posted late last night when he was unable to sleep due to the excruciating pain the operated nose was giving him. All the pictures were being circulated by fans wishing him a quick recovery and now the actor brings a relief to them by posting a latest update.
