THIS actor to play male lead in Paridhi Sharma’s comeback show ‘Patiala Babes’?

Paridhi Sharma, who won millions of hearts with her portrayal of queen Jodha in Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Jodha Akhbar’, is all set to make a comeback to the small screen after giving birth to her child. The beautiful actress will be seen in Rajita Sharma’s next on Sony TV which has been titled ‘Patiala Babes. She will be playing the role of a mother to a teenage in the upcoming show. Speculations were rife that Eijaz Khan would play the male lead in the show opposite Paridhi. As per the latest buzz, the search for the makers has ended as they have roped in a talented actor to play the male in ‘Patiala Babes’. A report in an entertainment portal suggested that Aniruddh Dave, who was last seen in ‘Y.A.R.O. Ka Tashan’, has bagged the show. “While many popular names were considered for the role, it is Aniruddh Dave who has ultimately bagged the lead role,’’ a source told IWMBuzz. (Aniruddh Dave, source- Instagram) Talking about ‘Patiala Babes’, the show will focus on the bond between a mother and daughter. ‘Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha’ actress Ashnoor Kaur will play the role of the daughter in the show. Interestingly, she has played Akshara aka Hina Khan’s daughter Naira in ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’. Aniruddh, who debuted on the small screen with ‘Raajkumar Aaryyan’, is currently busy with his web series.
