New Delhi: ‘Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi’ actor Shaheer Sheikh welcomed his first child with his wife Ruchikaa Kapoor earlier this month. The actor’s wife gave birth to a baby girl on September 10, 2021, according to a report of BollywoodLife. The actor and his wife Ruchikaa, who have refrained from revealing any details even during their pregnancy, have finally shared the happy news with their fans on social media and also disclosed the name of their baby girl.

Sharing a beautiful picture with his pregnant wife Ruchikaa Kapoor, Shaheer penned down a note on Instagram that read, “Blessed with the gift of life. Filled with immense gratitude… need all your love and good wishes for the journey ahead. Keep us in your prayers #Anaya”.

In their post, the ‘Pavitra Rishta 2’ actor disclosed that they have named their baby girl ‘Anaya’.

Ruchikaa Kapoor also shared a glimpse from their baby shower ceremony on social media and wrote, “Always late to the party…even if it’s my own So dropping these nowww A Big Thank You to My Family & Friends for making this happen”.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Shaheer Sheikh is currently witnessed reprising his role as Dev Dixit in the third part of the popular TV show ‘Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi’ opposite Erica Fernandez, who plays the role of Sonakshi Bose Dixit in the show. The show also features Supriya Pilgaonkar in a pivotal role. Shaheer Sheikh is also witnessed playing the role of Manav Deshmukh in the second season of Ekta Kapoor’s show ‘Pavitra Rishta’ opposite Ankita Lokhande.
