‘Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha’ Actress Aakanksha Singh’s Father Passes Away

Actress Aakanksha Singh shared a post to inform the fans about her father's demise.

Mumbai: Popular TV actress Aakanksha Singh, who has successfully forayed into South cinema, took to social media to inform her fans about her father’s demise. Her dad Dr. Gyan Prakash Singh passed away on Saturday (July 31). The ‘Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha’ actress requested her fans to offer prayers for her father and family members. 

“Deeply saddened to inform that my father Dr. Gyan Prakash Singh breathed his last today. Please keep him and our family in your prayers,” Aakanksha said in a post on Instagram.  

Simple Kaul, Shardul Pandit and other celebs dropped comments on the post and expressed their grief over the death of her father. Fans have also flooded the comments section with their messages. 

Aakanksha's father left for her heavenly abode, a day after her 31st birthday on July 30. Several celebs including Kichcha Sudeepa wished the actress on social media on her special day. 

Aakanksha became a household name after playing the role of Megha in 'Na Bole Tum', which aired on Colors channel. The makers had to launch a new season, owning to popular demand. Her sizzling chemistry with co-star Kunal Karan Kapoor grabbed several eyeballs. The talented actress made her debut in Telugu films with 'Malli Raava'.  

On the professional front, the ‘Gulmohar Grand’ actress will be next seen in 'Mayday'. The film stars Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh in lead roles.
