Kishwer Merchant to be in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2? Actress answers

New Delhi: TV czarina Ekta Kapoor is busy in finalizing the cast and other things for remake of ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’. Few days back we told you that TV actress Erica Fernandes will play the role of ‘Prerna Basu’. A lot of pictures surfaced on the internet when actress shot for the promo of the show. Apart from this, there also has been a lot of speculation on who will play the iconic role of ‘Komolika’. The recent one to be in talks about this role if Hina Khan. A day ago, Tellychakkar.com reported that Kishwer Merchant will play an important role in the show. But actress denied the news and said, “No. I have not been approached for the Kasautii remake."

On the other hand, it is yet to be revealed that who will play ‘Anurag Basu’ opposite Erica in the show. Names like Barun Sobti, Angad Bedi, Ssahrad Malhotra are being considered for the role.
