Kapil Sharma-Ginni Chatrath Wedding: First pictures from mehendi ceremony and Mata ki chowki out!

New Delhi: It’s the season of weddings in tinsel town! After Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas’ wedding, popular comedian Kapil Sharma is all set to get hitched. The ‘Firangi’ actor will tie the knot with his longtime girlfriend Ginni Chatrath on December 12 in Jalandhar. The pre-wedding festivities started with the Akhand Path at Ginni’s house, followed by the mehendi ceremony. The first pictures from mehendi function are out and they will make you excited for Kapil-Ginni’s wedding. Kapil’s family also hosted a ‘Mata ki Chowki’ as part of the pre-wedding festivities. The comedian’s close friends Krushna Abhishek, Rajiv Thakur and Sumona Chakravarti attended the jagran in Amritsar on Monday. Krushna, who will work with Kapil in ‘The Kapil Sharma Show 2’, shared a picture from the jagran on Instagram. Check them out!

Sumona, who played Kapil’s wife in ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil, shared a picture on her Instagram story and expressed her excitement. (Source- Instagram) Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa have also reached Amritsar for Kapil’s big fat Punjabi wedding. (Source- Instagram) After getting married, Kapil will host a wedding reception on December 14 in Jalandhar. The ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon’ actor will also host a wedding bash for colleagues and friends from the industry in Mumbai. Kapil will also return with TKSS 2 on Sony TV by the end of this month.
