Hum Paanch Phir Se: Jayashree Venkataramanan roped in as the new 'Kajal Bhai' in upcoming season!

As reported earlier, after 'Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai Take 2', he very popular comedy show “Hum Paanch” that starred the Bollywood star Vidya Balan in it’s first season is making a comeback on TV with the 3rd season but with a modern twist. The casting of the show is currently going on and according to reports, 'Naa Bole Tum Naa Maine Kuch Kaha' fame actress Jayashree Venkataramanan is the new 'Kajal Bhai'. Reportedly, Bhairavi Raichura, who played the role of Kajal in the first two seasons of the show will be replaced by Jayashree in its upcoming season. ‘Khichdi’ to be BACK! According to a leading daily, "Jayashree Venkataramanan has been roped in to play the Kajal Bhai, a role which was earlier essayed by Bhairavi Raichura." Bhairavi Raichura as 'Kajal Bhai' in 'Hum Paanch' The TOI report further states that, "The new Kajal Bhai will retain the original look, replete with the signature cap, men's shirt and trousers, cool jackets and a stud in one ear." Jayashree Venkataramanan, who also played the lead role in TV show 'Banoongaa Ghodi Chadhunga' will be making his comeback on TV after a gap of a year and a half with 'Hum Paanch Phir Se'.
