New Delhi: Popular TV actress Dipika Kakar has started shooting for her upcoming show on Star Plus. The beautiful actress, who won Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 12, took to Twitter and Instagram to inform her fans about her new beginnings. Fans have been eagerly waiting to see Dipika back on their TV screens and it seems they won’t have to wait for a longer time. After playing the role of a caring bahu Simar, the actress will be trying her hands into something new. (Source- Twitter) The ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ actress has commenced shooting for Sandiip Sikcand’s next show tentatively titled ‘Pani Puri’ from Saturday (April 27). We had earlier informed you that Dipika fainted on the sets of ‘Pani Puri’. The show’s producer Sandiip had shared a photo along with the caption, ‘’ “Heroine” toh faint ho gayi.’’ The ‘Qayamat Ki Raat’ actress can be seen wearing the same dress in both the photos.

Dipika Kakar will be paired opposite Karan V Grover in the show which is expected to hit the airwaves on Star Plus soon. Speculations are rife that Dipika might play an actress in the show. Interestingly, she is also rumoured to play a Bengali character in her comeback show.

Bigg Boss 12 contestant Romil Chaudhary is also said to join the show. However, the makers are yet to confirm the development. Talking about the other actors, the makers have roped in Abhishek Malik, Prachee Shah Pandya and Tanaaz Irani to play key roles. The show will focus on the love story of two individuals who are willing to give love another chance.
