'Bigg Boss 11' Winner Shilpa Shinde To QUIT Her Comeback Show 'Gangs Of Filmistan'?

'Bigg Boss 11' winner Shilpa Shinde, who is making her comeback to the small screen with 'Gangs Of Filmistan', is planning to leave the show.

New Delhi: Popular TV actress Shilpa Shinde won several hearts with her role of Angoori bhabhi in ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain’. She later went on to participate in Salman Khan’s ‘Bigg Boss 11’. The Marathi Mulgi defeated another well-known TV bahu Hina Khan to lift the winner’s trophy of ‘BB 11’. Shilpa Shinde will soon make her comeback to the small screen with ‘Gangs of Filmistan’. The upcoming comedy show has been making waves ever since the first promo was unveiled. Fans are quite excited to see their favourite original Angoori back on the TV screens. Shilpa, while talking to a leading daily, said that she signed the dotted lines for the show only after she was assured that she won’t be working with Sunil Grover. She said that she is planning to quit the show as the makers didn’t deliver what they had promised. The ‘Bigg Boss 11’ winner further told the daily that the artists on the show are working for over 12 hours when they were told that they would shoot twice a week. The talented actress said that she had informed the makers that she would feature in the show if Sunil Grover is not there. She added that she learnt from outside that the ace comedian is part of ‘Gangs of Filmistan’. Shinde said that the production house promised her that Sunil won’t have anything to do with her part; however, he joined them in the gags. The ‘Chidiya Ghar’ actress added that she has shared her grievances with producer Preeti Simoes and she wants her to stay. She added that she is not happy with the way things are taking place. “The makers lied to me. I am not working because of the contract. I am not acting after seeing the contract, it comes from my heart. The concept where Sunil ji is watching us do comedy, I was not at all excited. Because audiences are going to laugh at us that a talented person like Sunil Grover is sitting and we are doing comedy,” Shilpa Shinde told Times Of India. ‘Gangs of Filmistan’ will start beaming on Star Bharat from August 31. The comedy show will also feature Siddharth Sagar, Sanket Bhosale, Upasana Singh and Paritosh Tripathi.
