Balika Vadhu's Gauri Aka Anjum Farooki Shares First Photo Of Newborn Daughter, Says 'This Girl Stole My Heart'

New Delhi: It’s time to send congratulatory messages to TV actress Anjum Farooki and her husband as they have been blessed with a baby girl. The couple became parents on August 28, 2020. Anjum, who is fondly known for playing the role of Gauri in Toral Rasputra, Sidharth Shukla and Shashank Vyas starrer ‘Balika Vadhu’, took to social media to share the first glimpse of her newborn daughter.

Popular TV actress Anjum Farooki and her husband Saqib Sayed welcomed their first child on August 28, 2020. The actress, who is fondly known for playing the role of Gauri in ‘Balika Vadhu’, shared the first picture of her newborn daughter as she turned six months old on Sunday (February 28).

Anjum posted an adorable snap of her baby girl wherein she can be seen smiling while posing the camera. She decided to treat the fans with the first photo of her child on Instagram. The new mommy shared the photo along with the caption, “6 months ago today, this girl stole my heart.”

Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages and wishes. One user wrote, "And today she stole our heart."

Anjum Farooki’s Daughter Has A Unique Name

The actress had shared a post on Instagram to announce the arrival of her daughter in September 2020. She revealed the unique name of her baby girl while sharing her first glimpse. Anjum and her husband have named their child Haneya Syed.

“Welcome to the world lil girl. Meet my daughter Haneya Syed. 28.08.2020,” Anjum wrote while posting the picture.

Anjum became a household name after playing the role of Gauri opposite Shashank Vyas in ‘Balika Vadhu’. She quit the popular show in 2012.

Anjum got married to Saqib Sayed in 2013 in the presence of ther loved ones. Her husband reportedly works in Merchant Navy. She decided to quit acting post her arrange marriage.
