In March this year, Raja Chaudhary who is a Bhojpuri actor/producer and ex-husband of TV actress Shweta Tiwari met his daughter Palak after a long gap of 13 years in Mumbai.

It was an emotional father-daughter moment for TV actress Shweta Tiwari’s ex-husband Raja Chaudhary and their daughter Palak Tiwari for the first time in 13 years earlier this year. And now the elated dad Raja has said that he is relocating to Mumbai to be closer to his daughter who has been raised by his ex-wife, actor Shweta Tiwari.

In March this year, Raja who is a Bhojpuri actor/producer met his daughter Palak after a long gap of 13 years in Mumbai. He later posted an adorable picture featuring the father-daughter duo on his social media page.

The doting dad Raja who celebrated his birthday with daughter Palak, said that "My birthday was really special as I was celebrating it with Palak. She had got a cake for me and we chatted for hours. Time kaise nikal gaya pata hi nahi chala. She went back home in the wee hours of the morning," shares an excited Raja to Timesofindia.com.

Interestingly, Raja also cooked a special meal for his daughter and shared a glimpse of the same on his Instagram page. "I am a very good cook. And I wanted to prove it to Palak too. So I prepared a lavish meal for the two of us and we both spent some quality time together," he said.

Reportedly, Raja has made up his mind to once again live in Mumbai so that he can be close to his daughter. "The meeting made me realize how hungry I am for my daughter's love. I really want her in my life. And so it was that night that I decided that I will now stay in Mumbai and revive my acting career. I already have a house in Mumbai. I now need to earn money for my living," shared Raja to TOI.

He further added,"I have already started to work on my physique and have started auditioning for roles in TV, films, and also web series. I will do any role as this time my aim is not to earn money or get famous, it is to stay in Mumbai so that I can be more close to my daughter Palak and enjoy more such memorable evenings.

For the uninitiated, Raja Chaudhary and popular TV actress Shweta Tiwari got married in 1998, and their daughter Palak was born in 2000, the couple later got divorced in 2007. Shweta later married Abhinav Kohli 2013, but that marriage ended too and the couple is living separately since 2019.
