Zara Hatke Zara Bachke Box Office Collection Day 6: Vicky Kaushal, Sara Ali Khan's Film Remains Steady

After 'Uri: The Surgical Strike', 'Zara Hatke Zara Bachke' is Vicky Kaushal's second highest-grossing film in the starring role.

New Delhi: Laxman Utekar's romantic comedy film Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, starring Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan, opened to mixed reviews. The chemistry between the two has been praised by moviegoers. The film had a little decline on Day 6, but it has been trending overall. In the meanwhile, ZHZB earned more than Rs 30 crore in India in only five days after its release. Despite competing against ‘The Kerala Story’ and ‘Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse’, Laxman Utekar's film continues to do well at the box office.

The box office performance of Vicky and Sara's rom-com has been quite consistent recently. On June 7, the film's total occupancy was 12.36%.

Sharing the Day 6 collection of the film, trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh wrote, "#ZaraHatkeZaraBachke is trending very well on weekdays… Absence of major film/s till #Adipurush should help #ZHZB score yet again in Weekend 2… Fri 5.49 cr, Sat 7.20 cr, Sun 9.90 cr, Mon 4.14 cr, Tue 3.87 cr, Wed 3.51 cr. Total: ₹ 34.11 cr. #India biz."

After 'Uri: The Surgical Strike', 'Zara Hatke Zara Bachke' is Vicky Kaushal's second highest-grossing film in the starring role.

The film review on ABP Live reads: It's a predictable tale of a middle-class couple doing everything to get a house; from getting a fake divorce to getting caught in the quagmire of 'sarkari schemes', a change of heart and a final redemption and catharsis. However, as for all films of the predictability template, 'familiarity is comfortable' and 'Zara Hatke Zara Bachke' feels like regular middle-class story that becomes relatable. Because there is no pretense of imparting fake moral lessons, the design to be politically correct or morally right, 'Zara Hatke Zara Bachke' has a feel-good vibe to it, all well-delivered with the help of humour.

The Indore-based married couple Kapil and Somya, who are on the verge of a "divorce," are the focus of 'Zara Hatke Zara Bachke'. The movie was released in theatres around the nation on June 2.
