Every year, Bollywood welcomes many newcomers with open arms. This year too, newcomers like Janhvi Kapoor, Ishaan Khatter, Sara Ali Khan among others made their presence felt in Bollywood. Apart from them, few popular TV stars including Mouni Roy and Radhika Madan too made their first splash in Bollywood. Below is the list of TV actresses who entered Bollywood in the year 2018. Take a look: Mouni Roy: After being a part of many popular TV shows like ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’, ‘Devon Ke Dev Mahadev’, ‘Naaginn’ among others, Mouni Roy finally made her Bollywood debut with Reema Kagti’s film ‘Gold’ opposite superstar Mouni Roy. Despite having limited screen-space, Mouni made her presence felt and already has various big films like ‘Bhrahmastra’, ‘Made In China’ among others in her kitty. Along with the show, she also participated in ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8’. After ‘Meri Aashiqui…’ went off-air, she took a break on TV to try her luck in film. In 2018, she finally made her Bollywood debut with Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘Pataakha’ co-starring Sanya Malhotra. Radhika got appreciation for her role and she recently even bagged the ‘Star Screen Award’ in the category of ‘Best Debutante Female’. P. Dutta’s war film ‘Paltan’. In the film, she was seen opposite Gurmeet Choudhary in a small role. Her debut turned out to be rather forgettable as the film flopped at the box-office. Kritika in 'Mitron' Mrunal Thakur: The actress, who is best known as ‘Bulbul’ from ‘Kumkum Bhagya’, made her Bollywood debut with Indo-American film ‘Love Sonia’ made by ‘Life of Pi’ producer David Womark. After getting appreciation at various prestigious film festivals worldwide, ‘Love Sonia’ finally released in India in 2018. Mrunal Thakur got good reviews for her performance in the film and has big films like ‘Super 30’ (opposite Hrithik Roshan) and ‘Batla House’ (opposite John Abhraham) in her kitty.
