Vivek Agnihotri Shares BTS Video Of The Vaccine War Ahead Of Film Release

New Delhi: Following the largely positive response to the multiple screenings and premieres of 'The Vaccine War' in the United States, Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri is all set to highlight the glory of the Indian women virologists in the much-awaited film. ‘The Vaccine War’ trailer was also appreciated by many Agnihotri fans who are waiting for the film’s release in anticipation. Ahead of the film’s release, Vivek Agnihotri released an exclusive making-of video of the bioscientist film.

Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri shared a behind-the-scenes making video from ‘The Vaccine War’ and touted the film as the most challenging film of his career on the technical aspect. 

He has also said that with ‘The Vaccine War’, he has gone a level beyond and got on board the most challenging actors, Anupam Kher, Nana Patekar, Sapthami Gowda, and Pallavi Joshi, Raima Sen, Girja Oak, Nivedita Bhattacharya, Yagya Turlapath and Mohan Kapur.

The filmmaker roped in updated technical tools for the film and sound technical equipment for the film to make it meet the standards. The video features the entire cast and crew of ‘The Vaccine War’, and the team is seen shooting an important sequence of the film.

Earlier, in an interaction with Hindustan Times, Vivek Agnihotri had alleged that he was not particularly bothered by the commercial prospects of his film. "See, when The Kashmir Files made money, people thought that it's unprecedented. Then came Pathaan, that surpassed those numbers. Then came Gadar 2. And now comes Jawan. I feel the most painful life is of those who chase numbers. Because numbers are meant to be broken. For me, if even one girl gets inspired by my film to become a virologist, I'll consider my film successful. We've shown it to 5,000 people in the US so far. They've cried, laughed, felt proud, they came out and hugged us and thanked us for making this film. Now, how people react to it in India will be a litmus test. I care about reactions of people, I don't care about box office."
