Tubelight: VIRAL VIDEOS of Salman Khan REACTING to audience reaction & critics' views on film is winning fans' hearts!

"I am not bothered. I'm sure it's going to do OK. It's gonna get us a lot of respect." -said Salman Khan when asked by media about the mixed reviews 'Tubelight' is getting from the audiences. Salman Khan's Eid release is every year's most awaited film but the initial reaction from the cine-goers and the critics' reviews haven't totally been in Salman's favour this time. It is too early to make conclusions though and so does believe the star of the film Salman Khan. Salman was at an event on Friday when he was asked - Q. "The audiences are giving mixed reviews on Tubelight [Salman: yes ..yes..!]perhaps they were expecting the Bajrangi Bhaijaan magic.. " A. "They were expecting a different film, that's why i said they were expecting a different kind of film. If you... I've got so many text messages and so many people have told me that you know when we saw you brothers dancing you know we had tears on the song. So i said isme rone ki kya baat hai bhai, 2 bhai naach rahe hain, happy gaana hai wo.. nach meri jaan. Then they said ki you know, that shot when your brother Sohail is going and you hug him and cry in that tinka tinka song, you know we got emotional. So we had prepared the audience for a beautiful, simple, emotional film about bhais, about brothers you know! That is what we prepared them for!" Q. "But since we are talking about the mixed reivews, and the audience..." A. "Every film will have mixed reviews..every film will have mixed reivews." Q. "Is there a sense of failure that might just bother or are you scared of it or anything to an extent?" A. "What? [stretches his arms out] Does it like [points towards his face] look bother? Haan?[laughs] I am not bothered. I'm sure it's going to do OK. Salman also looked unhappy with the reviews and ratings film is getting. "The critics were like very good. I was expecting minus 3 and minus 4, they have given one and a half apparently. Yeah? So i am very pleased with that. Reports are..bhai ko rota hua nahi dekh sakte!.. I said to kya rote huye dekh kar hans rahe hain. They say nahi sab ro rahe hain. So i said don't worry about this then. So what happens in a film like this, Eid release hai to wo jo ek aate raha hai ki chillar phekenge, naachenge, gaayenge..wo koi aur film dekhne ko gaye hain. Unko koi aur film dekhne ko mil gayi hai. So now this film needs to be seen not with launde-lapaades, not with buddies, ki aao chalo udham machaate hain kyonki udham nahi macha payenge wo log is film ke andar. Its a very emotional film." At the event, Salman initiated a tie up of Being Human  with PVR pan India... "The deal is with buying a movie ticket you get an opportunity to help a child for a treatment which Being Human takes care of. All you have to do is to shed 2 Rs extra with one ticket and it's purely your wish."
