A vehicle laden with essential goods from Mumbai was also sent to the farmhouse and in addition, I had bought all the essential things I was told to from the local market. Sushant wanted to stay here for 2-3 months and do farming and I had bought all the things related to it.” He further revealed that someone from the ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshy’ actor’s team messaged him that Sushant cancelled his plan of staying in the farmhouse. When enquired why Rajput cancelled his visit even after so many preparations, the manager said, “When asked about the cancellation of Sushant’s plans, one of his staff members, Deepesh Sawant, told me that Sushant says that he will be bored by being there for so long and that is why he has cancelled his plan to come to the farmhouse.” Riyaz also disclosed that Sushant last visited the farmhouse in February 2020 with his staff Dipesh, Keshav, Dheeraj and friend Siddharth Pithani. He further went on to say that the late actor visited the farmhouse with his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty in the month of January. WhatsApp Chats Revealed Riyaz also told ABP News, “Rhea Chakraborty's birthday was celebrated in the same farmhouse on 1st June 2019. Apart from Sushant and Rhea, her mother-father and brother Showik were also present in this celebration, but they are not aware of who the girl was in this party with Showik.” When questioned about the charges of Rhea Chakraborty trying ‘black magic’ tricks, Riyaz said, “A day after Rhea's birthday, i.e. on June 2, 2019, a large statue of Shiva was installed in the farmhouse and the puja related to the same was held here, in which along with Sushant and Rhea, the actress’ her family members were also present.” The manager disclosed that Rhea told him that there should be a puja performed every week for the idol of Lord Shiva and since then, the idol was being worshipped every week. He added, “Apart from these, there has never been any kind of worship here.” Riyaz went on to say that Sushant was very keen on buying this farmhouse but what happened to this plan is not known to him. Reportedly, the ‘Dil Bechara’ actor rented the 'Hang Out Villa' for the first time in June 2018. After completing one year in May 2019, Sushant once again extended his contract to stay in the farmhouse for a year, which ended in May 2020. Riyaz says that Sushant was not able to get the rent agreement reinstated due to the problems created during the lockdown. In such a situation, the late actor had given the advance till August 2020 to the owner of the farmhouse. It is said that Sushant used to pay more than 2 lakh rupees every month as the rent of a farmhouse. However, Riyaz did not talk to us about this. Riyaz said that he never saw Sushant in depression nor did he ever feel that he had any kind of problem. He further went on to disclose that he does not think Sushant would have committed suicide. The manager also expressed happiness over the investigation of the case by the CBI and said that it has increased the hope of realizing the matter.
