Sushant Singh Rajput's 'Dil Bechara' Director Mukesh Chhabra's Sister's Father-In-Law Passes Away Due To COVID-19
Mukesh Chhabra, who directed Sushant Singh Rajput's last film, took to his Instagram story to inform the fans about his sister's father-in-law demise.
New Delhi: The number of Coronavirus cases in the country is increasing with every passing day. Noted Urdu poet Rahat Indori, who passed away on August 11, had also tested positive for COVID-19. Now, late Sushant Singh Rajput’s last film ‘Dil Bechara’ director Mukesh Chhabra has shared a post on social media to inform the fans about the demise of his sister’s father-in-law due to COVID-19.

The casting director requested the people to take care of their near and dear ones during the pandemic. He revealed that his sister is ‘devastated’ as she was close to her father-in-law.
Mukesh added that his family is recovering from the demise of his sister’s father-in-law. He urged the fans to pray for his family in his post on Instagram story.
“Just writing this to let you all know. My real sister’s father-in-law has passed away due to COVID-19. The virus is very much around guys please be safe and take care of your near and dear ones and especially older people over the age of 60. Stay close and spread love and be sage and protect the people around you. My sister is fully devastated, she was really close to him. My family is recovering from this shock, please keep us in your prayers. Pls be safe,” Chhabra wrote.

Mukesh Chhabra also came forward to demand for a CBI probe into Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. He shared a post on his Instagram story, which read, “Let the truth prevail. #CBIForSSR.”

Talking about 'Dil Bechara', the film received a massive response from the audience after its premiere on a leading OTT platform. The romantic drama co-starring Sanjana Sanghi released on Disney+ Hotstar on July 24. The film, which is the Hindi adaptation of John Green's novel 'The Fault in our Stars', reportedly got over 75 million views within 18 hours of release.
