The actor made an exit to the show in 2011 as he was preparing himself for his Bollywood debut.

Assorted in the city of Ahmedabad, the plot of the story contemplated around the 2001 Gujarat earthquake and Godhra train burning. Rajput also won the Filmfare Award for Best male Debut in the year 2014.
