Sonu Nigam's ICU pics get trolled, haters revisit 'Azaan controversy'; Singer hits back with a latest pic & a message!

Sonu Nigam took internet by storm when he shared his hospital pictures from the ICU just a day ago sharing with fans that he had suffered severe food allergy a while ago. Sonu had to be rushed to ICU 3 days ago when he was admitted in Nanavati hospital post suffering allergy. In the pictures, singer shared, he can be seen in the hospital bed with oxygen mask and in another pic he has a swollen eye. He revealed that he managed to attend his Orissa concert just two days after he was discharged in this state and also that it was sea food that caused severe allergy. While the well wishers wished him a quick recovery, the haters trolled him with disgusting comments connecting the incident to his 'azaan controversy'. Sonu had made headlines in early 2017 when he posted a tweet objecting to loud azaan sound, saying - "God bless everyone. I'm not a Muslim and I have to be woken up by the Azaan in the morning. When will this forced religiousness end in India." This resulted in huge controversy and he even shaved his head off. And now the trolls are back on 'job' and they are posting all sort of meaningless comments in reaction to his pictures, with mostly calling it "God's act". Sonu Nigam's recent ICU pics trolled With this fresh trolling over his hospital pictures(which is totally condemn-able), here's what the singer has to say. Sonu took to Instagram today i.e. Thursday and posted a latest in-flight picture while returning from his Orissa concert with his team and wrote with it - "On our way back from Jeypore Orissa yesterday. Even the Sun shone on my face, highlighting the Joy, for having managed in the state that I was in just the night before. ???? Thanks for the love pouring in.." His message further talks about the trolling without directly making the mention and it reads: "And remember, not just Food, there are a lot of Allergens moving around in the World, in the form of Sapiens..... STAY AWAY AND RUN AWAY ... "
Sonu also reposted a throwback photo that was uploaded by another singer Adel Farooq and who showered his blessings in his Instagram post for Sonu, praying to God for the latter's good health and long life. Adel's message read - "The man I take as a brother, a legend, an icon, heart of gold. What can I say. What should I say. Anything i say is less about you bhai. @sonunigamofficial love you mere Bhai.
