The film, featuring Ajay Devgn and a star-studded cast with a special cameo by Salman Khan, experienced a significant 49.65% drop in collections on Monday, with Tuesday's numbers dipping further.
Singham Again nears Rs 200 crore mark
'Singham Again' has achieved the milestone of being the second-highest weekend opener at the box office. On Tuesday, the film’s overall occupancy stood at 26.79%, with higher turnout at night shows. Ahmedabad saw the highest occupancy at 49.75% across 749 shows, followed by Mumbai with 31.75% in 984 shows. Meanwhile, Delhi NCR, with the most shows at 1149, saw a lower occupancy of 15%. On its fifth day, 'Singham Again' was shown in over 5200 theaters across India.
Singham Again vs Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 box office collection
According to industry tracker Sacnilk, early Tuesday estimates place 'Singham Again's collection at Rs 13.50 crore, raising its total domestic earnings to Rs 153.25 crore. Globally, the film has earned Rs 210 crore in its first four days. Although it leads against its box office rival 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3', starring Kartik Aaryan, the two films remain close in daily collections. 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3', boosted by late-night shows, earned around Rs 13 crore on Tuesday, bringing its domestic total to Rs 137 crore.
With a gross collection of Rs. 200 cr worldwide, 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' is showing no signs of stopping. The Kartik Aaryan-starrer collected Rs. 187. 75 cr on its first Tuesday, with its overseas contribution being Rs. 39 cr.
