'Tunki Needs You': Shilpa Shetty Pens Post On Father's Birth Anniversary, Shares Throwback Pic

Shilpa Shetty penned a sweet note on her father's birth anniversary on Instagram.

New Delhi: Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty shared an emotional post on her father Surendra Shetty's birth anniversary. She posted a throwback photo featuring her late dad and sister Shamita Shetty along with the sweet note. In her post, the 'Dhadkan' actress said that Shamita needs their father around as she is participating in Salman Khan's 'Bigg Boss 15'.

Shilpa Shetty Remembers Father On Birth Anniversary

The tinsel town diva penned a heartfelt post for her late father while sharing the throwback snap on her official Instagram handle. Shilpa and Shamita can be seen smiling while striking a pose for the camera in the picture.

"Happy birthday, Daddy! We know that you’re right here protecting us like our Guardian Angel… always shielding and bringing us victorious out of tough situations. Tunki needs you around now, Daddy… and I know you’re already there with her. Love you… praying for you always," Shetty wrote.

Shilpa Shetty Supports Shamita As 'Race To Finale' Begins

The 'Life In A Metro' star shared a video wherein Arjun Bijlani can be seen rooting for Shamita in 'Bigg Boss 15'. She wrote, "Can’t say this enough but all of us are really proud of your journey in the #BiggBoss house, my Tunki @arjunbijlani agrees! You’ve continued to be genuine & real, while you remained headstrong and sensitive. Such a powerful combination that is! We’re rooting for you all the way to the finish lane, my darling. Love you."

Arjun, who shares a close bond with Shamita, extended support to the'Cash' actress and hoped that she would reach the finals of 'Bigg Boss 15'.

Shilpa Shetty's Upcoming Projects

On the professional front, Shilpa was last seen in 'Hungama 2', which premiered on a leading OTT platform. She made her comeback to Hindi films after 14 years with the comedy drama, which also starred Paresh Rawal and Meezan Jaaferi.

The talented actress will soon judge the new season of 'India's Got Talent' along with Kirron Kher, Badshah and Manoj Muntashir.
