Mumbai: Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film ‘BellBottom’ has been making waves ever since the trailer was unveiled. Movie buffs are quite excited to see the espionage spy thriller in the theatres. The makers have managed to create anticipation among the audience with the trailer and foot-tapping numbers. After releasing ‘Marjaawan’, the producers have dropped a peppy track titled ‘Sakhiyan 2.0’. 

 While ‘Marjaawan’ is a romantic and soulful number, ‘Sakhiyan 2.0’ is expected to the music charts as it is a perfect party song. Babbu, Maninder Buttar and Tanishk Bagchi have composed the music while Maninder and Zara Khan have lent their vocals. Ganesh Acharya, who has worked with Akshay in several songs, has choreographer ‘Sakhiyan 2.0’.  

 The song, which has been filmed on Akshay and Vaani Kapoor, has already received over 1.5 million views on YouTube. Akshay and Vaani’s sizzling chemistry and their energetic dance moves are the highlights of ‘Sakhiyan 2.0’. Check it out!

The trailer of ‘BellBottom’ has received an amazing response from the audience. The movie was reportedly inspired by hijacking events in India. While Akshay is playing the role of a spy, Lara Dutta is portraying former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in the much-awaited flick. 

‘BellBottom’, which also stars Huma Qureshi and Adil Hussain, will hit the silver screens on August 19, 2021. While makers of several films opted for direct-to-web release, producer Vashu Bhagnani decided to release his flick in the theatres.  Trade pundits are expecting 'BellBottom' to perform well at the box office as it managed to create buzz among the public.
