‘RRR’ Movie Glimpse: S.S. Rajamouli Gives A Peek Into The World Of Jr NTR-Ram Charan’s Period Drama

New Delhi: S.S. Rajamouli is considered as one of the best filmmakers in the Indian film industry. Having directed iconic movies like ‘Baahubali’, ‘Magadheera’ and others, the director is all set to bring to the audience another spectacular project of his – ‘RRR’.

Featuring Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles, the makers of ‘RRR’ shared a glimpse into the world of this upcoming period drama.

S.S. Rajamouli took to his Twitter and shared a peek of ‘RRR’, which is all set to release on January 7, 2022. Sharing the post, Rajamouli tweeted, “Take a peek inside our #RRRMovie. Here is the #RRRGlimpse ...see you in cinemas from 7th Jan,2022.”

'RRR' also features Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt in pivotal roles. This movie will mark both Ajay and Alia's debut in the Telugu film industry. 

‘RRR’ will also feature Olivia Morris, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson and Alison Doody. This period drama is a fictional story about 2 revolutionaries fighting for freedom against British Raj and Nizam of Hyderabad.

Ram Charan will portray the role of Alluri Sitarama Raju and Jr NTR will bring to screens the character of Komaram Bheem.

The story of ‘RRR’ has been written by K. V. Vijayendra Prasad, who is also the writer of movies like ‘Thalaivii’, ‘Magadheera’, ‘Baahubali’, ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, ‘Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi’, and others. He is the father of filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli.
