'Not A Day Has Gone By...': Neetu Singh Shares Heartwarming Post On Rishi Kapoor's Death Anniversary
Neetu Kapoor shared a throwback photo of her late husband Rishi Kapoor on his first death anniversary.
Veteran actress Neetu Singh penned an emotional note for late Rishi Kapoor on his first death anniversary on social media. The ‘Kabhie Kabhie’ actress took to her Instagram handle to remember her husband, who passed away on April 30, 2020 after a two-year long battle with leukemia. Neetu shared a throwback picture with the ‘Bobby’ star along with a heartfelt post.
“All of last year has been of grief and sadness around the world for us maybe more as we lost him .. Not a day has gone by when we have not discussed or reminisced him as he was an extension of our existence .. sometimes his wise advice:: his wise cracks : his anecdotes !! We have celebrated him all year with a smile on the lips as he will stay in our hearts forever.we have accepted life will never be the same without him !!! But life will go on,” Neetu wrote.
Manish Malhotra, Dia Mirza, Sunil Grover and other celebs dropped comments on the post. Fans have also flooded the comments section with their messages.
Rishi's daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni posted a throwback snap along with a quote from Dorothy Mae Cavendish.

Rishi Kapoor's breathed his last at Mumbai's Kokilaben hospital in April 2020. His daughter couldn't attend his funeral due to the COVID-19 lockdown. She travelled from Delhi to Mumbai via road after she received the news of her father's demise.
Earlier in the day, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were spotted at Neetu Kapoor's house in Mumbai. She organised a puja in memory of her late husband. Ranbir and Alia, who recently returned from Maldives, arrived in the same car.
Talking about Neetu Singh, she will make her comeback with Raj Mehta's 'Jug Jugg Jeeyo'. The movie also stars Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani and Anil Kapoor. The actress had tested positive for COVID-19 while she was shooting for the comedy drama in Chandigarh.
