'Thank You Everyone For Your Prayers': Rishi Kapoor's Daughter Riddhima Shares Emotional Post

Riddhima Kapoor Sahni thanked everyone for extending support to her family after the demise of Rishi Kapoor.

New Delhi: Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor left for his heavenly abode on April 30 after a two-year long battle with leukemia. The ‘Mulk’ actor took his last breathe at Mumbai’s HN Reliance hospital. His sudden demise has left the industry and fans in a state of shock. The likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra, Arjun Kapoor paid homage to their favourite ‘Chintu’ on social media. Rishi Kapoor’s daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni took to her Instagram story to thank the fans and industry people for their support during the tough time. She wrote, "Thank you everyone for your prayers and thoughts." Neetu Singh, Ranbir Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni hosted a prayer meet for Rishi Kapoor at their place on Sunday (May 3). The ‘Sanju’ actor immersed his father’s ashes at Banganga ghat and performed a puja. He was accompanied by Alia Bhatt and Ayan Mukerji.
