If buzz is to be believed then Shahid Kapoor will don a never seen before avatar in 'Udta Punjab'. According to a report published in Mumbai Mirror, the actor portrays a rock-star, who gets embroiled in a drugs controversy. "The character is whacko and entertaining. There is one sequence in particular that Shahid's really excited about, an open-air concert with him performing atop a truck, shirtless. The song is a combination of trance music and Punjabi beats. He's shot other interesting concert sequences and had a blast in his rockstar avatar," said the source.
