Ranveer Singh And Alia Bhatt Begin Shooting For First Schedule Of ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’

Karan announced ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ earlier this year. Now, the lead actor of the movie Ranveer Singh has shared an unseen video from the first schedule of the shooting of ‘RARKPK’.

New Delhi: Karan Johar is returning to the director’s chair after a long break. The filmmaker was last seen directing Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor in ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. Now, KJo is all set to direct Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the upcoming movie ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’.

Karan announced ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ earlier this year. Now, the lead actor of the movie Ranveer Singh has shared an unseen video from the first schedule of the shooting of ‘RARKPK’.

The ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’ actor wrote while sharing the unseen video, “Shuru ho gayi hai yeh anokhi kahani of Rocky & Rani. Toh dijiye humein apna aashirvaad aur pyaar, aur chaliye iss safar mein hamaare saath!”

Alia also shared the video and wrote, "Too many feels to fit in a caption". 

Other than Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh, ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ will also feature legendary actors like Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi playing pivotal roles in the movie. Earlier this year, the ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ director introduced their character in a video. Ranveer and Alia can be seen doing the voice-over in this video as they introduce their on-screen family to the people. Take a look at the video here:

Also, according to a report of Times Of India, Saif Ali Khan’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan will assist Karan Johar in ‘RARKPK’. The starkid will supposedly be the Assistant Director of this Ranveer-Alia starrer film.

Both Ranveer and Alia have a number of other films in their kitty. While Ranveer will be next seen featuring in ‘83’, ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’, ‘Sooryavanshi’, ‘Cirkus’ and the remake of ‘Anniyan’, Alia Bhatt will feature in ‘RRR’, ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ and ‘Brahmastra.
