Pasoori Nu Featuring Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani Out, Fans Are Not Happy With The Remake Of Ali Sethi's Pakistani Hit

A day after the teaser launch, the makers of Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani starrer 'Satyaprem Ki Katha', released the song Pasoori Nu on Monday.

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Sameer Vidwans, 'Satyaprem Ki Katha' will be released in theaters on 29th June 2023.

New Delhi: A day after the teaser launch, the makers of Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani starrer 'Satyaprem Ki Katha', released the song Pasoori Nu on Monday. The song is a remake of the very popular Pakistani track ‘Pasoori’ by Ali Sethi and Shae Gil. The recreated version is crooned by Arijit Singh and Tulsi Kumar and the lyrics of the song are given by Gurpreet Saini and Ali Sethi.  The music is by Rochak Kohli and Ali Sethi, 

The makers shared the video of the song and wrote on YouTube, “Presenting the song Pasoori Nu from the movie Satyaprem Ki Katha. Relive the global Hit! Kartik Aaryan as Satyaprem and Kiara Advani as Katha…”  Kartik Aaryan also posted the song on Instagram and wrote, "आधा है दिल मेरा.. पूरा तुझसे होवे 🤍 Feel The Magic of Love with Arijit’s Midas Touch 🤍 #PasooriNu Song Out Now #SatyaPremKiKatha THIS WEEK #29thJUNE"

The video features Kartik and Kiara romancing each other, dancing against the backdrop of snowcapped mountains. 

The news about the recreated version of 'Pasoori' had not go down well with 'Pasoori' fans. And it seems they have not changed their mind even after the release of the recreated version.  

A user wrote, “No one can replace real Pasoori a real masterpiece.” “No doubt Arijit Singh is an amazing singer. But Tseries you need to stop messing up with good songs :"),” wrote another user. 

“If a song could be murdered. They did it,” commented another user. “A remake nobody asked for,” another user wrote. 

“Ruined the song and lyrics. Not everyone even arjit can copy Thier tune and style 😓 Worst experiment ever by Bollywood 😂,” a use commented. 

Another user wrote, “I love you both but you guys ruined the original Pasoori my dudessss. It was perfect the way it was! 😫😫” 

The original ‘Pasoori’ released by Coke Studio is renowned for its melodies, vocal harmonies fusing electronica, Punjabi folk with a slight Arabic flavour.
