Bombay HC strikes down CBFC order on 1 cut to 'Udta Punjab' CBFC directed by Bombay HC to issue a fresh certificate to movie in 2 days. CBFC's demand for a stay refused by HC. The Bombay High Court on Monday overruled the CBFC recommended 13 cuts to the Bollywood film "Udta Punjab" and cleared the film for release with one cut and three disclaimers by the filmmakers here.
