Kareena Kapoor Remembers Irrfan Khan On His Death Anniversary; Radhika Madan Recalls Her Fond Memories With On-Screen Dad

Radhika Madan, who played Irrfan Khan's on-screen daughter in 'Angrezi Medium', went down the memory lane and shared her fond memories with the actor. The 'Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi' actress said that she learnt many things from Irrfan while they were shooting for the comedy drama.

"I remember I was playing with his beard before the shot and he told me you know what maybe this is the reason 'Champak' would not have cut his beard...I was like exactly! And we laughed. We had created our own pool of memories, our own bubble..where there were no words," Madan wrote.

Irrfan Khan's son Babil Khan penned an emotional note on his father's death anniversary. The star kid, who will soon make his Bollywood debut, broke down into tears while accepting an award on his father's behalf at the recently held Filmfare Awards 2021.

He posted a throwback photo of Irrfan along with the caption, "Nobody can ever replace him. Nobody will ever be able to. To the greatest best friend, companion, brother, father, I ever had and ever will have."

Irrfan's last film 'Angrezi Medium' couldn't enjoy a long run at the box office as cinema halls were closed due to the COVID-19 crisis. He received the Filmfare Award for best actor in a leading role for his performance in the flick.

The 'Hindi Medium' star, who was diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumor in 2018, passed away due to colon infection.
