Kangana Ranaut Calls Anurag Kashyap Mini ‘Mahesh Bhatt’

The director reveals that the ‘Manikarnika’ actress would rebuke her directors and used to cut out her co-stars’ role in the film.

The recent interview of Kangana Ranaut with a news channel has started a debate between the actress and her peers from Bollywood. From targeting Bollywood biggies including Karan Johar, Aditya Chopra and others, the ‘Panga’ star has also picked out Taapsee Pannu and Swara Bhasker. Ranaut called them B-grade actresses and claimed that despite of being better actors than Alia Bhatt and Ananya Panday, they couldn’t bag a A-list movie. Anurag Kashyap, after watching all these, has now taken to his Twitter and shared his views on the same. The director while sharing a video of the ‘Queen’ actress’ interview revealed that they used to be good friends but now he is unknown to the ‘new Kangana’. Kashyap also shared how the actress used to encourage him by visiting his sets and proceeded by saying that success often gets to an actor’s head. He tweeted, “कल कंगना का interview देखा। एक समय में मेरी बहुत अच्छी दोस्त हुआ करती थी। मेरी हर फ़िल्म पे आके मेरा हौसला भी बढ़ाती थी। लेकिन इस नयी कंगना को मैं नहीं जानता। और अभी उसका यह डरावना इंटर्व्यू भी देखा जो मणिकर्णिका की रिलीज़ के बिलकुल बाद का है” See the full thread here:
