International Yoga Day 2019: Shilpa Shetty performs yoga at the Gateway of India in Mumbai![INSIDE VIDEO]

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty-Kundra also guided a yoga event in Mumbai and said it was the secret behind her youthfulness and good health always.

Lakhs of people in Maharashtra, including celebrities, students and commoners, joined the fifth International Yoga Day celebrations held across the state. Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty-Kundra also guided a yoga event in Mumbai and said it was the secret behind her youthfulness and good health always. Shilpa is a known fitness enthusiast who has always endorsed yoga. Earlier talking about Yoga she said, "Yoga has changed my life. I have never planned my life. I just go with the flow. My relation with yoga is on a whole different level. It's very spiritual. If you want to change your lifestyle with yoga, then it should be kept away from politics."
The 44-year-old actress also launched her yoga app ahead of International Yoga Day (June 21). Watch Shilpa in action below: Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendera Modi performed yoga along with around 30,000 people in Ranchi on Friday on the occasion of the fifth International Yoga Day. International Yoga Day is celebrated annually since its inception by Modi in 2015.
