New Delhi: Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are one of the most adored couples we have in tinsel town. The two lovebirds have been often spotted together, their recent appearance being the Filmfare Awards 2019. Alia, who took home the winner’s trophy for Best Actress, even confessed her love for Ranbir at the awards show. Speculations were rife that Alia and Ranbir will get married next year and their parents are planning to have a roka ceremony in April. Some reports even suggested the couple had a ‘secret’ roka ceremony. Alia, who is currently busy promoting her much-awaited film ‘Kalank’, squashed all the rumours. The ‘Gully Boy’ actress, while talking to a magazine, refuted the rumours of her ‘secret’ roka ceremony. ‘’The only ‘Roka’ I’m going to is the restaurant in London. There’s no roka happening for me. And why are you putting a year to my marriage?,’’ Alia told Filmfare. The ‘Student of the Year’ actress was also asked about the time she decided that Ranbir was the one for her. ‘’When I met him for the first time in my life. Again, let me tell you he’s not difficult. He’s a supremely simple person. He’s such a nice human being that I wish I was as good as him. As an actor, as a person, as everything. He’s way better a person thanI am. And about getting married? Well, that’s the only thing that’s irritating right now. Every morning I wake up to the news that I’m getting married. I tell him what the hell. I guess he’s used to it,’’ Alia told Filmfare.
