'Have Seen Kangana Doing Things During Queen's Shooting To Boost Confidence,' Says Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap
Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has claimed that he saw Kangana Ranaut 'doing things' while shooting for 'Queen'.
New Delhi: The entire Bollywood industry has come under the scanner of the government after the drugs angle cropped up in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. While on one hand the central investigating agencies are interrogating late actor's live-in partner and actress Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty in their alleged involvement in supply drugs, other celebs including Kangana Ranaut, Anurag Kashyap have indulged in blame over over the drugs nexus.

Recently, the Manikarnika actress made some serious and sensational claims alleging the usage of drugs, specially the cocaine in high-end parties of Mumbai celebs. In fact, in an interview with news channel Republic, she said that she was forced to take drugs and was sedated by a co-actor.
However, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has made contrary statements and said that everyone in the industry makes a choice. He even claimed that he saw Kangana doing things when she saw low on confidence.
In an interview with Faye D'Souza, Kashyap revealed that Kangana during the shooting for the film Queen often consumed champagne before her scenes to boost confidence. He went on to say that she can't say that somebody forced it on as he himself has seen her doing things without anybody judging her or forcing her. "I have not stayed in touch, she reinvented herself after that," filmmaker said.

Further in conversation with D'Souza, Kashyap said that people make their own choices in their down moments. "The first time, when I did something, she said, 'This will make you feel good.' But, if somebody says that it will make you feel good you've tried it. After that, it's your own choice," Kashyap said.
