Harry Potter Star Daniel Radcliffe Expecting First Child With Girlfriend Erin Darke
Darke even flaunted her baby bump in New York, where the couple was stopped while out for a stroll.
New Delhi: Actor Daniel Radcliffe will soon become a father. The 'Harry Potter' actor's agent announced on March 25 that he and his long-time partner, Erin Darke, are expecting their first child.
According to BBC.com, the 38-year-old Darke and the 33-year-old celebrity are expecting a child later this year.
Darke even flaunted her baby bump in New York, where the couple was stopped while out for a stroll. She was seen sporting leggings, a black-and-white checked peacoat, and a black sweatshirt that hugged her waist. Daniel, on the other hand, donned a navy puffer jacket with denims.
Radcliffe told Newsweek last year: "I want my kids - if and when they exist - I would love them to be around film sets."
The news was most joyfully welcomed by the actor's fans.

About ten years have passed since Radcliffe and Darke started dating. They starred alongside one another in the 2013 movie 'Kill Your Darlings'. Around that time, sparks started to fly between the two, and sources later confirmed that they were in a romantic relationship after seeing each other during the 2013 Sundance Film Festival.
In an interview from 2015, Radcliffe came close to confirming this, “That’s a wonderful record of us flirting for the first time. There’s no acting going on — not from my end, anyway. There’s a moment when she makes me laugh, and I’m laughing as me and not as my character. She was incredibly funny and smart. I knew I was in trouble.”
After Radcliffe played the young wizard in 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone' in 2001 at the age of 12, he shot to prominence.
The last time we saw Daniel was in ''Weird: The Al Yankovic Story'. In the biopic, he portrayed the lead role. The biopic explores the life and career of comedian Weird Al Yankovic, who gained fame for his quirky parodies of well-known songs.
Darke made her television debut in the 2015 series 'Good Girls Revolt'. Most recently, she made an appearance in the Prime Video series 'The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel'.
