'Good News'! Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor's next film with Karan Johar gets its title?

Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor Khan are all set to team for a new film which will be produced by Karan Johar. The two actors are reportedly playing a married couple in the film helmed by Raj Mehta. Mehta was the assistant director for Dharma Productions’ films like ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania. The upcoming film is said to be based on the issue of surrogacy. It is rumoured that Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani will join the two A-listers in the film. Although, KJo is yet to make an official announcement, speculations are rife that the film would go on floors by the end of the year. Akshay, while talking to film critic Rajeev Masand, revealed the title of the film. The film has been titled ‘Good News’. While the trio of Akshay, Kareena and Karan coming together for a new film is definitely ‘good news’ for all the fans, but this is not the real reason why the flick has been titled so. The slice of life drama film will see Akki and Bebo as a couple, who wish to have a baby, a report in a leading daily suggested. "I'm doing a film called Good News that's completely different. It's a real incident by the way, what happened in Good News. But, it's very funny what happened," DNA quoted Kumar as saying. The ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ star will be next seen in ‘Gold’, which releases on August 15. The Reema Kagti directorial will mark the Bollywood debut of popular TV actress Mouni Roy. Akshay Kumar is also working with Karan Johar in ‘Kesari’, where he is playing the role of Havildar Ishar Singh.  His ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ co-star Kareena is rumoured to be part of Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Salute’. The diva was last seen in ‘Veere Di Wedding’, which did quite well at the box office.
