Farhan Akhtar Commences Shoot For Siddhant Chaturvedi Starrer ‘Yudhra’
The fresh pair of Siddhant Chaturvedi and Malvika Mohanan in the romantic action-thriller ‘Yudhra’ will be helmed by the director of the National award-winning film ‘MOM’ Ravi Udyawar.
New Delhi: Bollywood actor Siddhant Chaturvedi, who gained recognition with his acting skills for his very first movie ‘Gully Boy’ has commenced shooting for his upcoming project ‘Yudhra’. Produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani under their production banner Excel Entertainment, ‘Yudhra’ is touted to be a film with hardcore street fights. This movie will star Malvika Mohanan in the female lead opposite Siddhant Chaturvedi.
Filmmaker Taran Adarsh shared the news on his Twitter and wrote, “FARHAN AKHTAR - RITESH SIDHWANI START NEW FILM... Producers #RiteshSidhwani and #FarhanAkhtar commenced shoot of action-thriller #Yudhra today... Stars #SiddhantChaturvedi and #MalavikaMohanan... #RaviUdyawar - who directed #Mom [#Sridevi] - directs.”
The fresh pair of Siddhant and Malvika in the romantic action-thriller ‘Yudhra’ will be helmed by the director of the National award-winning film ‘MOM’ which featured Sridevi in the lead role. ‘Yudhra’ will be directed by Ravi Udyawar.
Earlier this year, the makers also revealed the first look of Siddhant Chaturvedi as Yudhra. The ‘Phone Bhoot’ actor also shared the first poster and wrote, “Karne Sabka Game Over! aa raha hai #YUDHRA”.
Other than ‘Yudhra’, Siddhant Chaturvedi will also be seen featuring in ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ alongside Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukerji. He will also feature in Shakun Batra’s untitled film starring himself, Deepika Padukone and Ananya Pandey in the lead roles. Siddhant also has ‘Phone Bhoot’ alongside Katrina Kaif and Ishaan Khatter in his kitty.
