Donald Trump to remain EP of the reality show he once starred in!

Washington D.C. [USA]: In spite of being the president-elect, Donald Trump is to remain the executive producer of NBC's 'Celebrity Apprentice,' a show he helped create and starred on until 2015. "Mr. Trump has a big stake in the show and conceived of it with Mark Burnett," a representative for Trump told People Magazine about the president-elect's role on the long-running NBC series. A source close to Trump also tells the magazine, "He does not have any current or ongoing obligations to the production - it's just a title to honor that he was a major creator of the show and takes a share of the profits."
The larger issue for MGM, NBC, and the White House is the payment that Trump will receive for the series. It's unclear what his per-episode fee is, but it is likely to be in the low five-figures, at minimum, reports Newsmax.
Trump, who has received two Emmy nominations for the show, announced in 2015 that he was giving up his post as host of the NBC reality competition series to begin his run in the presidential race. On a related note, ' Celebrity Apprentice' returns with its new innings on January 2 next year with Arnold Schwarzenegger as the "new boss." ANI
