The story follows Bheem and his friends as they travel back 1000 years to Sonapur to prevent the Evil Demon Damyaan from achieving immortality. As they race against time, the ultimate battle with Damyaan will decide the fate of humanity.

Story:

The movie begins with the threat of Damyaan’s rise. Skandi and Takshika visit the ruins of Sonapur to summon him, only to learn they need a pure-hearted and brave soul to awaken Damyaan. Meanwhile, in Dholakpur, Kalia, Dholu Bholu, Chutki, Jaggu, and Raju are causing havoc with their mischievous activities.

Once Bheem returns to Dholakpur, Raja Indravarma directs him and his friends to explore Sonapur, a land rich in gold and made from magic. They fall into Skandi and Takshika's trap, and Damyaan is unleashed. Bheem must now fight Damyaan with the help of Guru Shambhu, who defeated him 1,000 years ago. The second half focuses on how Chhota Bheem and his friends travel back 1,000 years to prevent Damyaan from carrying out his evil plans.
