Chhapaak: First Song 'Nok Jhok' From Deepika Padukone's Film Is Out! Watch Video!

Featuring Vikrant Massey opposite Deepika Padukone, 'Chhapaak' is inspired from acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal's real-life and is slated to release on January 20.

Meghna Gulzar's directorial 'Chhappak', featuring Deepika Padukone and Vikrant Massey in lead roles, has created a huge buzz and managed to cath the attention of the viewers with its intriguing trailer and posters. The much-awaited film tells the life story of an acid attack survivor and is inspired from the real life of Laxmi Agarwal. After the trailer ans posters, the makers of 'Chhapaak' have finally released the film's first song titled 'Nok Jhok' today (18th December). The song 'Nok Jhok', featuring lead couple Deepika-Vikrant, is a melodious romantic song and is very soothing to the ears. 'Nok Jhok' is sung by Shankar Mahadevan and his voice has added much-needed warmth to the song. The song revolves around the budding love between lead couple amidst the protagonist's fight to justice. As the title suggests, the song highlights the sweet and sour 'Nok Jhok of 'Malti' and 'Amol' played by Deepika & Vikratn respectively.
