New Delhi: Actress, producer and a successful businesswoman, Anushka Sharma is one of the most popular celebrities in the country. The ‘PK’ actress started her career by starring opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the 2008 movie ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’. Anushka Sharma, however, rose to prominence when she portrayed the role of a bubbly girl in Yash Raj Films’ ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’ opposite Ranveer Singh.

Starting her career with modelling, the ‘Sultan’ actress has come a very long way in her successful career. An ‘unseen video’ of Anushka auditioning for Aamir Khan’s movie ‘3 Idiots’ is doing rounds on the internet. In the video, the ‘NH10’ actress can be seen delivering a monologue from 'Munna Bhai M.B.B.S.' as she auditioned for ‘3 Idiots’.

Though Anushka did not land the role in her kitty, she later starred opposite Aamir Khan in ‘PK’ and got the opportunity to work with the ace director Rajkumar Hirani.

Anushka Sharma welcomed a baby girl earlier this year on January 11 with husband Virat Kohli. The couple named their daughter Vamika. The ‘Pari’ actress returned to work months after her delivery. Anushka and Vamika are also accompanying Virat Kohli in his IPL 2021 matches.

Meanwhile, speaking on the professional front, Anushka has been away from the big screens for a long time now. She was last seen starring in the movie ‘Zero’ alongside SRK and Katrina Kaif. No new project of Anushka has been announced yet.
