Ranbir Kapoor delivered an intense performance as Ranvijay Singh in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's ‘Animal’ (2023), which became one of the highest-grossing films of the year. After its success, producers announced a sequel titled ‘Animal Park’.
Bhushan Kumar, co-producer of the film, recently confirmed that the sequel is on track. He mentioned that director Sandeep Reddy Vanga will begin working on ‘Animal Park’ after completing his next project with Prabhas, expected to start within the next six months.
The sequel's title was teased in the post-credits scene of ‘Animal’, and Kumar stated in an interview with Bollywood Hungama that production is underway. Vanga is currently working on a Telugu film titled ‘Spirit’, starring Prabhas, with shooting set to begin by the end of December 2024. After a six-month break following ‘Spirit’, they will dive straight into ‘Animal Park’.
