Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan's collaboration

This collaboration has everyone excited, as Priyadarshan and Akshay have delivered several cult classics together, such as Hera Pheri, Garam Masala, Bhagam Bhag, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, and De Dana Dan—films that have become iconic, with their dialogues ingrained in popular culture. Fans are eagerly anticipating the magic this iconic duo will bring back to the big screen, thanks to Ektaa R Kapoor.

BHOOTH BANGLA, set to be a horror-comedy, is expected to release in 2025, with production scheduled to begin soon.

On the work front, Akshay Kumar was last seen in 'Khel Khel Mein' that released in theatres on August 15. The film did decent business at box-office facing tough competition from Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao's horror-comedy 'Stree 2.'
