New Delhi: One of the most sought-after choreographers of the Hindi film industry Farah Khan basically learned to dance on her own. She then opened a dance school and got the opportunity to work in Bollywood only after the celebrated choreographer Saroj Khan walked away from the film ‘Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar’. She then went on to choreograph in several other movies and the rest is history. Farah has choreographed over 100 songs in 80 Hindi films. She also won the National Film Award for Best Choreography. Farah Khan And Vikrant Massey’s Social Media Accounts Hacked The ace choreographer celebrates her 55^th birthday today. And as she turns a year older, many Bollywood celebrities including Sonu Sood, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Malaika Arora and other celebrities took to their social media and poured in wishes for the ‘Main Hoon Na’ director. Sonu Sood took to his Instagram and shared a post for Farah on her birthday. His caption read, “Happy birthday my friend, my sister, my family and my everything. Faraaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh.. there can be never another YOU. LOVE YOU LOADS. @farahkhankunder”

Riteish Deshmukh also took to his Twitter and shared a lovely picture with the 'Dil Bechara' choreographer. He wrote while sharing, "It’s your birthday but I still get the kiss!!! Happy Birthday my darling Faruuuuuu -love you loads - good health, love & happiness forever @TheFarahKhan".

Take a look at their wishes here: Other than choreographing dance numbers, Farah has also directed movies like ‘Main Hoon Na’, ‘Tess Maar Khan’, ‘Happy New Year’, ‘Om Shanti Om’. It was on the sets of the Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Main Hoon Na’ where she met her future husband Shirish Kunder. Shirish was the editor of the film. The couple got married in December 2004 and have three beautiful children together. Farah Khan choreographed Sushant Singh Rajput in the title track of ‘Dil Bechara’. She last produced the movie ‘Mrs. Serial Killer’ starring Manoj Bajpayee and Jacqueline Fernandes in the lead roles. She also produced Akshay Kumar starrer 2012 film ‘Joker’. Farah was last seen for one episode in the Salman Khan show ‘Big Boss 14’. She made her appearance as a judge in ‘BB Adalat’.
