‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ Actress Kanishka Soni Marries Herself, Shares Pics Wearing Sindoor And Mangalsutra

The actress revealed that she had tied the knot with herself and declared herself to be a "self-married" woman.

New Delhi: TV star Kanishka Soni made headlines when she married herself! In case you haven't heard of her, Kanisha has starred in broadly popular Indian television series, including Diya Aur Baati Hum, Pavitra Rishta, and Devi Adi Parashakti. Kanishka sparked the curiosity of fans on Instagram after her announcement of self-marriage.

On 16th August, Kanishka updated her followers on Instagram with a special moment in her life and thanked them for their support. The actress revealed that she had tied the knot with herself and declared herself to be a "self-married" woman.

In the pictures, she wore a pink top with spaghetti straps. In addition, she wore sindoor and a delicate mangalsutra. As a fresh bride, she was absolutely radiant.

Kanishka, who has already left the television profession, appeared in a number of well-known serials. She played Daisa's bahu in the hit TV show Diya Aur Baati Hum. The actress has also been a part of Pavitra Rishta, Devi Adi Parashakti, Begusarai and Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala.

Before Kanishka, Kshama Bindu, a lady from Gujarat, recently made headlines when she tied the knot with herself. The lady had made the decision to self-marry in order to show the importance of self-love to others. She performed India's first ever instance of Sologamy by marrying herself.
